摘要

最优脉宽调制(OPWM)是一种产生低基带失真PWM波形的成熟技术。该技术需要快速的PWM发生器来最小化基带失真。本文的目的是提出一种满足OPWM技术要求的高速优化的可编程PWM调制器。PWM调制器将脉冲序列数据存储在由SDRAM存储器实现的内部存储器中。该设计采用VHDL语言在寄存器传输层(RTL)上实现。设计验证在RTL和栅极水平上进行,并在两个开发板上进行了测试。
