摘要

本文提出在省调度中心应用电力电压自动控制系统(AVC)时,为了在保证有限在线电压稳定裕度的情况下实现无功电压优化控制,应引入在线电压稳定监测模块,实现在线电压稳定监测与AVC系统的协调闭环控制。定义了在线电压稳定约束的电压下限和发电机动态无功储备的概念,并将其作为AVC系统的约束,以提高AVC系统的可靠性和安全性。在福建电网的成功应用表明,该方法可以在保证有限在线电压稳定裕度的基础上降低系统有功损耗。
