During the Kampus Mengajar program, students carry out various programs to achieve equity and improve the quality of education in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to examine how the sustainability of programs that have been initiated by students, after the Kampus Mengajar program is completed. This research will be carried out in several schools located in the Kampus Mengajar in Yogyakarta. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data that has been checked for validity using source triangulation, then analyzed using 3 stages of analysis, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the programs implemented by students generally include 3 aspects, namely: learning programs, administrative programs, and technology adaptation programs. 摘要

Kampus Mengajar是由印度尼西亚共和国教育、文化、研究和技术部发起的Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM)项目之一。在Kampus Mengajar项目期间,学生们开展了各种项目,以实现印度尼西亚的公平和提高教育质量。本研究的目的是考察学生发起的项目在Kampus Mengajar项目完成后的可持续性。这项研究将在日惹的Mengajar校区的几所学校进行。本研究采用定性方法,通过访谈、观察和文献收集数据。使用源三角法检查有效性的数据,然后使用3个分析阶段进行分析,即数据简化,数据呈现和得出结论。本研究结果表明,学生实施的计划一般包括3个方面,即:学习计划、管理计划和技术适应计划。这些项目的可持续性可分为3个层次,即:根据学生的实施情况,项目继续进行;根据学校实施人员的调整,项目继续进行;在学生完成坎普斯蒙加尔项目后,项目不再继续进行。
