摘要

本研究的动力来源于摩的司机在基地休息等客时的工作,聚在一起时的互动、故事交流、经验分享,摩的司机与同行摩的司机、与乘客互动、交流时的信息获取。本研究采用定性研究方法,并结合案例研究的形式,对研究结果进行概述。本研究的背景是在武吉丁吉的全景摩托车出租车基地进行的。本研究的资料来源为摩的司机。本研究使用的数据收集技术为访谈、观察和文献。本研究数据的有效性是通过对数据源进行三角剖分来确定的。研究结果表明:(1)摩的司机之间存在社会活动方面的非正式教育互动活动,(2)摩的司机之间存在财务管理方面的非正式教育互动活动,(3)摩的司机之间存在保持健康方面的相互提醒互动活动,(4)摩的司机之间存在宗教领域的非正式教育互动活动。
