УПРАВЛІННЯ ФІНАНСОВИМИ РЕСУРСАМИ БАНКУ В СУЧАСНИХ УМОВАХ НА ПРИКЛАДІ АТ КБ «ПРИВАТБАНК»

The article contains a theoretical overview, analytical research and directions for improving the management of the bank's financial resources. The main attention in the work was given to the development of directions for improving the management of financial resources of JSC CB "PrivatBank". The theoretical foundations of the management of the bank and its financial resources are disclosed, in particular, the concept of the financial market and the structure of its participants are disclosed, the essence, meaning and types of the bank's financial resources are investigated, and the theoretical aspects of the management of the bank's financial resources are also determined. An analytical review of the activities of JSC CB "PrivatBank" was carried out, in particular, an analysis of the banking system of Ukraine for the years 2017-2022 was carried out. The role and place of JSC KB "PrivatBank" in the domestic banking system in the pre-war and war periods is defined. A comparative characterization of the sources of formation of financial resources of JSC CB "PrivatBank" was carried out. Directions for improving the management of financial resources of JSC CB "PrivatBank" are proposed. The paper examines ways of improving and developing the financial market in Ukraine. The peculiarities of income formation and management of financial resources of JSC KB "PrivatBank" have been determined. The directions for improving the management of financial resources of JSC CB "PrivatBank" are substantiated.
