This study aims to find out how the communication strategy of the Riau University library during the COVID-19 pandemic. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques were conducted by interview, observation, documentation, and literature study. Interviews were conducted with three internal library informants plus four external informants from among students. Data analysis was carried out with the stages of data reduction, data display, and finally data verification. The results showed that the communication strategy of the University of Riau library during the COVID-19 pandemic included three things, namely: 1) Running existing programs, 2) Developing applications for services in the form of e-forms, optimizing the use of social media in communication and information dissemination. . 3) Reducing sanctions. 摘要

COVID-19大流行改变了整个生活秩序,并迫使所有图书馆通过实施图书馆传播策略进行创新以继续存在。本研究旨在了解廖内大学图书馆在COVID-19大流行期间的传播策略。所使用的方法是定性方法与描述性方法。采用访谈法、观察法、文献法和文献法收集资料。与三名图书馆内部线人和四名来自学生的外部线人进行了访谈。数据分析分数据还原、数据显示、数据验证三个阶段进行。结果表明,在COVID-19大流行期间,廖内大学图书馆的传播策略包括三个方面,即:1)运行现有程序,2)开发电子表格形式的服务应用程序,优化社交媒体在沟通和信息传播中的使用。3)减轻制裁。本研究的结论是,在COVID-19大流行期间,廖内大学图书馆开展的服务沟通策略可以对满足用户的信息需求产生积极影响。
