摘要

分析了主分选机的工艺流程,以提高产品质量为控制目标。提出了基于链式系统的控制算法。找出了影响粗汽油终点质量的两个主要因素。建立了由两条相关链条组成的链条系统模型,设计了主分馏塔粗汽油终点预测算法和链条控制系统。仿真结果表明,所设计的链系统模型不仅加强了质量控制,而且达到了运行平稳、控制边缘的目的,提高了催化裂化装置的经济效益。
