This paper presents a modeling and simulation method of air traffic flow, constructs computer models of Flight Agent and Control Agent, and discusses the performance evaluation parameters of air traffic control system. Furthermore, a computer prototype system has been developed about the simulation of air traffic flow operating in a control sector.
