Different services and devices have their own Operation Support System (OSS) and it is hard to exchange information. Therefore, our research proposes a framework to integrate end-to-end quality assurance information based on Digital Service Reference Architecture (DSRA) supported by TM Forum. 摘要

随着互联网发展速度的加快和物联网发展的高度成熟,智能家居、智慧城市、智慧医疗等多种复合数字化服务如雨后春笋般涌现。近年来,智能交通系统(ITS)在交通运输行业得到了越来越广泛的应用。ITS为车辆位置跟踪、车辆调度提供即时交通信息,也可用于出租车管理和发生重大事故时的警车、消防车、救护车调度。在质量保证方面,智能交通系统涉及多种信息通信技术(ICT)设备和服务。不同的服务和设备都有各自的OSS (Operation Support System),信息难以交换。因此,本研究提出了一个基于TM论坛支持的数字服务参考架构(DSRA)的端到端质量保证信息集成框架。我们的框架管理着ITS的所有子系统,如移动虚拟专用网(VPN)、固网VPN、ITS车载设备、调度服务平台等。使根本原因分析时间缩短到10分钟以内。并且可以缩短ICT复合数字服务的上市时间和质量保证。
