摘要

在多站点企业内部,人力资源的调动、招聘等约束下的流动管理是一项复杂的任务。本文提出的方法描述了一个专家系统来优化这种有限的人力资源流动性,通过确定员工可以被重新分配或招聘,能够在多地点企业内提高生产力和稳定性做出积极贡献。该专家系统基于所建立的模型和所提出的模型求解算法。该系统的输出是生成调动矩阵(循环流动)和招聘矩阵,从而实现决策者设定的目标。
