This study used a classroom action research design with four stages of research, namely the planning stage, the implementation stage, the observation stage, and the reflection stage. The subjects of this study were students of class V SD Negeri 009 Bengkulu Utara which consisted of 20 students. The results showed that the application of the Take And Give learning model was proven to be able to improve students 'cooperation skills where in the initial ability test phase, the percentage of students' cooperation skills was 30%, increased in cycle I by 55% and increased in cycle II by 80%. The application of the Take And Give learning model is also proven to be able to improve student learning outcomes where in the initial test phase of students' classical completeness levels of students by 35%, increasing in cycle I to 60% and in cycle II increasing to 100%. 摘要
本研究旨在证明“取与赠”学习模式的应用是否能提高学生的工作技能和学习成果。本研究采用课堂行动研究设计,分为四个研究阶段,即规划阶段、实施阶段、观察阶段和反思阶段。本研究的研究对象为班内格里009班的20名学生。结果表明,应用Take And Give学习模式可以提高学生的合作技能,在能力测试的初始阶段,学生的合作技能百分比为30%,在第一阶段增加了55%,在第二阶段增加了80%。应用Take And Give学习模式也被证明能够提高学生的学习成果,在最初的测试阶段,学生的经典完整性水平提高了35%,在周期I增加到60%,在周期II增加到100%。综上所述,在SDN 009 Bengkulu Utara,“取与予”学习模式的应用对提高学生的合作技能和学生的学习成果是有效的。关键词:学习成果、合作技能、索取与给予
