Obtained the maximum queue length at different saturation and event duration, and theoretically calculated queue dissipation time. 摘要

本文首先提出的标准和方案中对事件严重程度的判定标准仅用于划定事件本身的严重程度,并不适用于判断事件对第一现场道路交通的影响。为此,本文首先提出了交通控制等级的概念。车道占用数、车道关闭时间和车道饱和度作为确定事故对交通影响的三个指标。以三车道高速公路为研究对象,利用VISSIM仿真软件模拟事故发生时的一车道和两车道占用情况。得到了不同饱和度和事件持续时间下的最大队列长度,并从理论上计算了队列耗散时间。在事故发生路段划分交通管制等级,并针对每个等级提出相应的管制措施。
