The main advantages and prospects of the green economy are identified. Analysis of the development of innovative method in the conditions of functioning of the market management system and free competition. The methods of influence and regulation of this direction within the legislative system of the country are analyzed. Suggestions have been made regarding a possible plan for the development of the state under the conditions of the innovative direction "green economy" in the economic process.
