摘要

本研究旨在确定和分析动机和职业发展对PT狮航员工绩效和组织文化的影响。本定量研究以PT Lior Air公司100名员工为研究样本。数据采集方式为在线问卷,分析技术采用SmartPLS 3.0的统计学方法。发展对企业文化有正向影响。激励对员工绩效有积极的影响。同时,职业发展对员工绩效没有影响。此外,组织文化对员工绩效没有影响。
