The results of this study indicate that job promotion has a significant influence on employee motivation at Bank Aceh Syariah at the Beurawe Sub-Branch Office, Banda Aceh City. Based on the computer output above, the correlation coefficient in the study obtained a value of 0.922 where with this value there is a relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 92.2%. 摘要

本研究旨在确定职位晋升和激励对班达亚齐市Beurawe支行亚齐伊斯兰银行员工绩效的影响,假设职位晋升(X1)和激励(X2)因素影响班达亚齐伊斯兰银行KCP Beurawe班达亚齐伊斯兰银行员工绩效。本研究结果表明,亚齐伊斯兰银行班达亚齐市伯拉维支行的职位晋升对员工动机有显著影响。根据以上计算机输出,本研究的相关系数为0.922,与此值对应的自变量与因变量的关系为92.2%。这意味着晋升因素(X1)和动机(X2)与亚齐银行(Bank Aceh Syariah KCP Beurawe Banda Aceh)的员工绩效有很强的关系。
