摘要

针对非结构化地面碰撞引起的机器人冲击振动问题,提出了一种凸轮槽刚度功能仿生缓冲关节。采用解析法对缓冲节点的刚度函数进行了分析,得到了准确的缓冲节点刚度函数表达式。基于刚度功能特征,对凸轮槽缓冲接头进行了设计。采用Adams仿真分析了缓冲接头的刚度函数特征。结果表明,所设计的仿生缓冲关节具有刚度函数特性。
