For this reason, this study aims to analyze the determinants of entrepreneurial intentions in business students in the city of Semarang. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The primary data in this study is data obtained from the results of a questionnaire, while the secondary data in this study is statistical data collected from various secondary sources. Respondents in this study were 100 business students in the city of Semarang. Data analysis using SEM-PLS with the help of software SmartPLS ver 3.3.2. The results showed that entrepreneurial competence had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial intentions. 摘要

中小微企业是社会企业的一种形式,能够吸收多达97%的劳动力。当然,这可以优化,以降低失业率,这是一个每年的战略问题。不幸的是,这并没有被报告的3.47%的创业率所抵消。因此,本研究旨在分析三宝垄市商科学生创业意向的决定因素。本研究采用问卷调查的定量方法和数据收集技术。本研究的主要数据是通过问卷调查的结果获得的数据,而本研究的次要数据是通过各种二手来源收集的统计数据。这项研究的调查对象是三宝垄市的100名商科学生。在SmartPLS 3.3.2软件的帮助下,使用SEM-PLS进行数据分析。结果表明,创业能力对创业意向有显著的正向影响。另一方面,创业行为态度和创业主观规范对创业意向的影响不显著。
