摘要

特征脸是一种有效的人脸识别技术。然而,在人脸图像采集过程中,光照条件对其性能有一定的影响。提出了一种基于小波变换的人脸图像光照补偿算法。通过丢弃人脸图像的低频分量,只使用高频分量重建图像,可以大大降低光照对人脸图像识别的影响。在耶鲁人脸数据库和我们自己的人脸数据库上的实验结果表明,特征脸方法对光照补偿后的图像识别率显著提高
