摘要

本研究的目的是确定用乳酸对胶乳进行混凝的最佳乳胶pH值,并评价乳酸对天然橡胶混凝质量的影响。本研究中,在乳胶中加入3%的乳酸,使乳胶的pH值达到4.6、4.9、5.2、5.5和5.8;同时,在对照处理中加入3%醋酸,直至乳胶的pH值为5.4。根据国际天然橡胶等级质量标准,对最佳混凝剂和控制处理进行了机械、物理和化学评价。结果表明,添加3%乳酸的乳液pH为5.5是乳液混凝的最佳条件,这也有助于减少乳液混凝所需的酸的用量,从而降低水污染的风险。经乳酸凝固的天然橡胶混凝剂的质量完全满足越南橡胶标准3769:2004中SVR 5级技术标准的要求。3%乳酸凝固的橡胶凝块具有较高的初始塑性(Po)和较低的塑性保持指数(PRI)。
