This study aims to determine the role of job satisfaction in mediating the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment, the research was conducted at the LPD of Tegal Darmasaba Traditional Village, Kec. Abiansemal. Badung. The number of samples is 40 employees determined by the census method. Collecting data with a questionnaire that uses a Likert scale. Data analysis technique used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, and VAF test to mediation. The result showe emotional intelligence had a positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction had a positive effect on organizational commitment, emotional intelligence had a positive effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction was able to mediate the influence of emotional intelligence on organizational commitment. The findings in this study have implications that in order to increase employee organizational commitment, organizations are expected to be active in approaching employees to find out the problems they are facing, so that colleagues and the organization are able to provide solutions when employees cannot control their emotions.
