本文分析了教师心理素质的结构和组成。体育专业人员的人格特征有助于在专业活动中达到专业卓越和实现的高度。教育过程应以发展体育专业人员的心理能力(其动机性、认知性、能动性、个人成分)、专业精神的发展和自我完善能力为目标。专家的心理能力是一种综合性的人格活动素质,它使他能够在生活的各个领域,特别是在专业领域,为了自我完善和自我实现而设定并有效地解决不同层次的复杂性问题。
