The problem of modern information technologies in the environmental education of students had been revealed in the article. It is proved that the introduction of advanced technology, based on the process of global informatization in all spheres of public life, needs to informatize education. It is stated that the hallmark of information technology of education from traditional computer use is a computer use as a means of creating and storing of academic information databases, computer graphics, multimedia, fast searching and sharing of targeted information via a global computer network learning. Its usage radically changes the system of forms and methods of teaching. An electronic textbook ”Regional Ecology” had been proposed.

The article represents the results of stylistic and literary analysis of The Wild Wild Sea, a song lyric by Sting. There was shown that the contemporary critical studies of any literary work may involve the elements of other scientific paradigms to create the new vision of an artistic phenomenon. Particularly, the conceits of so-called ‘color hearing’ proved by several prominent scholars and artists seem now productive to analyze the text of a song as a synthesis of verbal and musical means to express the writer’s emotions and worldview.

The long-term dynamics of agro-climatic resources in Ukraine and forest steppe zones in the current climatic period was studied in this work (1997-2016 years.). The influence of the thermal regime and moistening regime on the state of agroecosystems of winter wheat and corn has been analyzed, namely the yield, the degree of weediness and damage by pests of the crops with the help of the correlation regression analysis. It was established that the amount of precipitation in May and June affect the productivity of winter wheat (the correlation coefficient is 0.8). Whereas for corn, the determining factor are the precipitation in July (correlation coefficient 0.6). In the course of analysis the degree of weediness was found to affect the yield of winter wheat and corn (correlation coefficient is -0,9 and -0,5). In addition, the productivity of certain crops depends on the degree of damage to pests and diseases (r = -0.87 and -0.7, respectively).

Relevance of this article is determined by the importance of search for new strategic development benchmarks for Ukraine in the context of signing the Association Agreement with EU, and by the struggle to cope with the consequences of the systemic socio-economic crisis, as well as with its military and political ramifications. The methodology laid out below rests on the pillars of both theory and practice. General scientific methods of research include the systemic approach as a tool to generalize the theories of structural development of economy, the dialectic approach, to review economic categories from the standpoint of evolvement, along with analysis and synthesis, to substantiate the definition of structural development of the national economy, and adaptation, to make economic theories applicable to the environment of reforms in the national economy, in view of the recent institutional changes taking place in Ukraine. Theoretical value of the findings lies in the generalization of theories on structural development of economy, such as the theory of economic dynamics, theory of global development system dynamics, theory of structural change, theory of postindustrial society and institutional theory. Practical value of the findings can be expressed in the following recommendations: to improve public sector capacity in terms of generating and implementing economic reforms; to import and implement European institutes; to attract foreign investments, in order to promote new economic structures; to protect property rights, and to react against informal institutes, primarily represented by corruption.

Now, the system of secondary school management in Ukraine is undergoing transformations. However, their effect largely depends on the rational use of historical experience. The article deals with the analysis of activities undertaken by academic community and literacy partnerships in 60-70s of the 19 th century through studying regulations, publications in the academic press and scientific contributions of that period which underpinned conclusions of academic community activities to influence school management system. Also, the article reveals instruments progressive part of society used for impacting school management and highlights disadvantage despite valuing community initiatives to transform qualitatively the system of secondary school management. It was experienced by democratic forces of society due to the lack of a coherent and integrated action plan. The study is designed for managers in the academic sector and scholars interested in the problem of transforming secondary school management in Ukraine.

The results of the experimental study of motivational component development of future primary school teachers’ readiness to the formation of social competence of pupils that determines its orientation to the pedagogical profession and conscious attitude and motivation to succeed in the formation of key competencies of pupils, particularly social one, are given in the article. The initial results of students’ motivation based on certain diagnostic instrumentarium, were represented, their specific character was defined. The implemented program of the development of future teachers’ motivational sphere as for the formation of social competence of primary school children based on attributive approach, was represented. Its effectiveness was proved by the results of diagnostic evaluation of formedness level of motivational readiness component of future primary school teachers to the formation of social competence of primary school children after the experimental work.

The aim of the article is to study modern trends for governmental support of convergent technologies development (based of NBIC-technologies) under conditions of a new industrial revolution in the World and Ukraine. In the article modern trends of infrastructure for support of innovative development in the countries of the world are analyzed. The prospects for the creation of the US infrastructure of convergence of knowledge, technology, and society are showed. Formation of a joint research area of the European Union as a mechanism for implementing convergent technologies into the economy is characterized. Reconciliation of European Research Area Roadmap 2020 and the Roadmap on the Ukrainian National Research Area realization on the assumption of ERA’s implementation in Ukraine by 2020 is made. The list of priority measures and European partner organizations for the implementation of the Roadmap 2015-2020 ERA in Ukraine were designed.
