The operational data are obtained from the simulation model of the complete AVR system, which is developed using the technical documentation of the excitation system of 40 MVA SG from the hydropower plant (HPP) Perucica in Montenegro. The parameters of the considered AVR system models are extracted using a metaheuristic equilibrium optimizer (EO) algorithm.
