But the regulatory mechanisms linking inflammation and cells transformation was less understood. A pathway linking inflammation to cell transformation which is maintained by a positive feedback loop involving NF-κB, Lin28, Let-7 and IL6 has been discovered. We extended the pathway,in which Myc and miR-17-92 microRNA cluster are added. Their roles are studied through the method of qualitative analysis. The result showed that both Myc and miR-17-92 microRNA cluster can promote the transformation.
