摘要

针对激光陀螺稳频元件金属框架的装配需求,设计开发了一套精密装配系统。金属框架和槽镜的同轴度是装配的关键指标。同时,槽镜易碎,装配力需要实时监测和控制。设计了力传感器的安装结构,建立了力控制单元。可以检测并反馈接触力,控制直线级的运动,完成垂直方向的位移,实现末端执行器取放部件的操作。为了减少图像处理时间,机器视觉单元基于高重复性精度的阶段来辅助图像拼接,从而减少了图像拼接的计算工作量,图像拼接时间约为0.5s。
