摘要

提出了一种基于等相位采样法的非平稳伺服电机轴承故障诊断方法。传统的等时间采样方法是基于恒转速系统的时间周期特性。由于伺服电机转速和方向的频繁变化,使其失去了时间周期特性。但仍保持着空间期刊的特点。基于EPSM的非平稳信号分析新方法可以消除转速和方向变化的影响。数学仿真和实验结果证明了该方法对伺服电机轴承故障诊断的适用性和有效性。
