摘要

本研究以药用植物金盏花(Tagetes spp.)、迷迭香(Rosmarinus officinalis L.)和黑鬼(nigella sativa L.)提取物对根结线虫(Meloidogyne javanica @ 1500、2500和5000幼虫)的抑制作用为研究对象,对易感番茄进行了研究。温室条件下的Karoon。各处理均降低了根侵染率,对根重影响显著(P≤0.05)。随着线虫接种量的增加,繁殖因子也增加,而提取物处理的效果降低。在处理之间,迷迭香提取物对线虫种群减少的影响最大,浓度为40%,与对照相比。
