摘要

随着计算机在社会基础设施和工业应用中的重要作用日益增加,针对工业应用量身定制的高可靠性、鲁棒性和长期稳定运行的计算机的需求也随之增加。为了满足需求,我们开发了工业计算机。但是计算机仍然有可能发生意外故障。因此,有必要对导致故障预测的冷却性能诊断技术做出努力。介绍了工业计算机自诊断技术的研究进展。
