摘要

本文的目的是研究在不同直流链路电压和结温下,器件电流对igbt导通和关断开关能量损耗的影响。实验得到了IGBT在不同工作条件下的开关特性,并确定了导通和关断开关能量损失。根据实验数据,给出了开关能量损耗与器件电流之间的数学关系。最后,将线性化损耗模型计算的开关能量损耗与实测损耗的推导表达式进行了比较。
