This research illustrates that of the 4 (four) types of variables that are considered to affect the level of employee participation, one variable, namely autonomy, does not significantly affect the level of employee participation. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定员工参与一个允许员工在印度尼西亚COVID-19大流行期间在家工作的行业的水平。本研究采用印尼语发放问卷的方式进行调查。获得了来自印度尼西亚各地301名在家工作的员工的数据。本研究表明,在被认为影响员工参与水平的4(四)类变量中,有一个变量即自主性对员工参与水平的影响并不显著。本研究通过对印度尼西亚员工进行实证调查,在评估2019冠状病毒病大流行期间在家工作时的工作参与度方面做出了重要贡献。
