This research used the completely randomized design method (CRD). The treatments consisted of P1 (1:300), P2 (1:200), dan P3 (1:100), and there were 5 replications. Parameters were plant height, stem diameter, number of branches, number of leaves and leaf width. The results of this research were that 1:100 dilution treatment had significant effect (p<0,05) on the the parameters of plant height, stem diameter, number of leaves and leaf width. However there was no significant effect on the number of branches. 摘要

生态酶(Eco enzyme, EE)是利用果蔬废弃物进行发酵的产物之一。生态酶中的酶和有机酸对植物生长有积极的影响。本研究旨在探讨生态酶的稀释剂及其在促进大头菜生长中的应用。本研究采用完全随机设计方法(CRD)。处理为P1(1:300)、P2(1:200)和P3(1:100),共5个重复。参数为株高、茎粗、枝数、叶数和叶宽。本研究结果表明:1:100稀释处理对株高、茎粗、叶数、叶宽等参数有显著影响(p< 0.05)。然而,对树枝的数量没有显著影响。Eco酶的最佳反应为1:10 0稀释。
