The number of samples studied was 110 respondents via the internet, customers who had visited Starbucks Coffee in Karawang using non-probability sampling. The analytical tool used descriptive analysis and multiple regression methods. The results showed that the dimensions of consumer-based brand equity, namely physical quality, ideal self-congruence, and lifestyle congruence are factors that have a positive effect on customer satisfaction. However, staff behavior does not affect customer satisfaction. The experiential marketing dimension consisting of feelings, thoughts, and actions also has a positive relationship with customer satisfaction, although feelings do not affect customer satisfaction. In the evaluation of customer satisfaction, it is proven that customer satisfaction has a significant effect. 摘要

本研究旨在分析以消费者为基础的品牌资产、体验行销、顾客满意度与顾客忠诚度之间的关系。支持建立顾客忠诚度的营销方法之一是使用体验营销来营销产品。通过整合情感、逻辑和一般思维过程的元素,可以建立与客户的关系,不仅可以提高客户满意度,还可以培养客户忠诚度。通过互联网研究的样本数量是110名受访者,他们是在卡拉旺去过星巴克咖啡的顾客,使用非概率抽样。分析工具采用描述性分析和多元回归方法。结果表明,消费者品牌资产的维度,即身体素质、理想自我一致性和生活方式一致性是影响顾客满意度的正向因素。然而,员工行为并不影响顾客满意度。体验营销的情感、思想和行动维度也与顾客满意度呈正相关,尽管情感不影响顾客满意度。在顾客满意的评价中,证明了顾客满意具有显著的作用。这说明顾客满意度越高,星巴克咖啡卡拉旺门店顾客的忠诚度越高
