This study aims to analyze the role of consumer satisfaction in mediating the effect of product quality on customer loyalty. The research location is Denpasar City with an unlimited population. The sample was determined by purposive sampling and 100 people were taken. Data was collected using a survey approach and the instrument of this research was a questionnaire which was measured using a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using path analysis. The results showed that product quality and customer satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, product quality had a positive and significant effect on consumer satisfaction. consumer goals mediate the effect of product quality on customer loyalty Teh Gelas. The implications of this research theoretically support the findings of previous studies and studies related to customer loyalty. 摘要

由于人们饮茶生活方式的改变,包装茶饮料的竞争迅速发展。本研究旨在分析消费者满意度在产品质量对顾客忠诚的中介作用。研究地点是人口无限的登巴萨市。样本采用有目的抽样确定,共抽取100人。数据收集使用调查的方法,本研究的工具是问卷调查,并使用李克特量表进行测量。采用通径分析法进行数据分析。结果表明,产品质量和顾客满意对顾客忠诚有正向显著影响,产品质量对顾客满意有正向显著影响。消费者目标在产品质量对顾客忠诚的影响中起中介作用。本研究的意义在理论上支持了前人的研究结果以及与顾客忠诚度相关的研究。父母集团的实际意义是保持产品质量,从而为消费者创造满意度,并最终导致消费者对产品的忠诚感。关键词:产品质量,顾客,顾客忠诚
