This transformation is heavily dependent on ICT, where a huge network of interconnected sensors and other devices is deployed to monitor many aspects of urban life in real-time. Recently, Solanas et al. [1] introduced the concept of Smart Health (s-Health) in which the resources of a smart city are exploited to facilitate the provision of healthcare services to citizens.
