Based on the scientific teaching content and teaching mode design, humanized and fair learning is conducted for students. Furthermore, the problems in this new teaching mode is analyzed. Students' in adaptability, increase of teacher's workload and how to conduct the cooperation of teaching team are the potential problems in this teaching mode. 摘要

《机械制造技术基础》是机械类专业的一门应用型课程。在这门课程中,理论与实践并重。为了进一步提高该课程的教学效果,本文提出了一种新的教学模式。在这种教学模式中,引入了注重学生自主学习能力的翻转课堂。通过科学的教学内容和教学模式设计,对学生进行人性化、公平的学习。并对这种教学模式存在的问题进行了分析。学生适应能力差、教师工作量增加、如何进行教学团队合作是这种教学模式存在的潜在问题。分析了翻转课堂在《机械制造技术基础》教学中的优势和存在的问题,提出了提高教学质量的方法。
