The objectives of the<br />research on the study of innovation in population administration services and civil<br />registration in the city of Surakarta are (1) describe the innovation in population<br />administration services and sivil regrestration, (2) describe the supporting factors for<br />service improvement and The type of research is a qualitative descriptive research<br />method.
