摘要

体验质量(Quality of Experience, QoE)是保证电信服务质量的重要趋势。在本文中,我们提出了一种三步法来计算关键质量指标(KQI) /关键绩效指标(KPI)评估体系中关键绩效指标的权重。首先,根据指标的标准差所代表的变化程度,将指标分为静态集和动态集两组。其次,对于动态集中的指标,提出了一种既考虑相对重要性又考虑指标变化的动态权重计算方法(CMDW)。对于静态集的指标,我们采用主观的方法得到相应的权重。最后对两组指标的权重进行合并。因此,采用该方法确定的权重既能将主观信息与客观信息相结合,又能反映质量oe评价指标的变化情况。
