Thus, the aspect of human resources plays a central role in achieving competitive advantage. Servant Leadership is a form of leadership that is considered the best form of leadership in order to create a competitive advantage based on human resources. This study aims to determine the effect of servant leadership on employee performance, the influence of servant leadership on organizational citizenship behavior, the influence of servant leadership on organizational culture, the influence of organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior, and the influence of organizational citizenship behavior on employee performance. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through surveys. 摘要

进入工业革命4.0时代,从物质竞争范式向知识开发竞争范式转变。因此,人力资源方面在获得竞争优势方面起着核心作用。仆人式领导是一种领导形式,被认为是最好的领导形式,以创造基于人力资源的竞争优势。本研究旨在确定公仆式领导对员工绩效的影响、公仆式领导对组织公民行为的影响、公仆式领导对组织文化的影响、组织文化对组织公民行为的影响、组织公民行为对员工绩效的影响。在本研究中使用的方法是通过调查数据收集技术的定量方法。结果表明,服务型领导对员工绩效有正向显著影响,服务型领导对组织公民行为有正向显著影响,服务型领导对组织文化有正向显著影响,组织文化对组织公民行为有正向显著影响。组织文化对员工绩效有正向显著影响,组织公民行为对员工绩效有正向显著影响。
