摘要

确定CAPN3基因型,研究其与肉仔鸡周重、末活重、胴体重、胴体部位重等经济性状的关系,以及一些重要Ross性状的相关系数。308只鸡,其中100只鸡饲养35 d后取出。主要的鸟被称重,所有的鸟都被编号。通过分析所研究部分CAPN3基因的含氮碱基序列确定基因型,诊断所研究基因(G>C2426)的含氮碱基变异位点,并计算所得基因型,即CAPN3基因GG、GC、CC三种基因型。对于CAPN3基因,在胸重、翼重等部分性状上差异有统计学意义,而在活重、胴体、腿重、背重、周重等性状上差异无统计学意义,CC基因型在部分性状上优于其余个体。本研究提示在家禽育种和选择中使用CAPN3基因分子标记的可能性。
