Next the development stage of distribution network users is analyzed by fast clustering analysis method. 摘要

为了更合理地进行配电网线路的装机容量规划,本文在充分利用“一库三中心”(统一数据存储库、统计配电网中心、数学分析中心和决策中心)的基础上,提出了一种配电网线路接入容量规划的细化研究方法。首先,对配电网用户进行分类,分析各类用户的负荷特性。其次,采用快速聚类分析方法对配电网用户的发展阶段进行了分析。然后给出了一种基于同时率和负荷需求系数确定配电网线路规划接驳能力的计算方法。最后,以实际配电网线路规划为例,说明了该方法的基本特点。
