It is also can improve the quality of work, indirectly improve the productivity of employees at their organization. This study was a cross-sectional study. A stratified sampling technique was used in collecting data from 261 employees in Majlis Bandaraya Melaka Bersejarah (MBMB). The results of the study supported only three from five hypotheses. 摘要

全面质量管理(TQM)对员工工作满意度的影响在国际上得到了广泛的研究。然而,关于TQM对工作满意度影响的研究仍有待探索。本研究的目的是研究全面质量管理对工作满意度的影响。本文提出了五个假设。本研究对公共部门高层管理人员提高现有员工的能力和组织绩效具有指导意义。它也可以提高工作质量,间接提高员工在他们的组织的生产力。这项研究是一项横断面研究。采用分层抽样技术对马六甲人民议会(MBMB)的261名雇员进行数据收集。这项研究的结果只支持了五个假设中的三个。因此,高层管理者的承诺和奖励与认可是TQM实践对员工工作满意度影响最大的因素。
