摘要

本文提出了一种利用siw腔的二阶简并模来设计双带带通滤波器的新方法。利用该技术设计了微波频率ka波段的二阶滤波器;两波段中心频率之比——频率比(FR)为1.073。衬底高度为0.508mm的Rogers RT/Duroid 5880作为衬底材料进行设计。该滤波器在两个频带的回波损耗均优于-15 dB,两个频带之间的隔离也优于40 dB。
