The sequence of the main stages of management decision-making in a systematic approach is provided. The peculiarity of the suggested approach is the combination of a systematic approach to decision-making, heuristic methods and based on the theory of conflict situations. Using game-theoretic modeling, a method of evaluating the probability of technological accidents and industrial disasters, taking into account the size of alleged damage has been developed.
