At the heart of mechatronic systems for remote monitoring of natural hazards such as thunderstorms and hail clouds are radar research methods. A radar model of hail clouds is developed, taking into account the influence of the charge of individual hydrometeors on their scattering properties. Calculations have shown that within the framework of the considered radar model of a hail cloud, there is a noticeable increase in radar reflectance compared to a neutral cloud. At certain ratios between the average cubic diameter of the hail particles, the surface charge density and the wavelength, large bursts of radar reflectance occur. Such resonance phenomena are more pronounced in media with low absorption, which include ice.

The article discusses the conditions of training for the digital economy. These issues are becoming relevant due to the fact that Russia's transition to a new technological structure - to a digital economy requires the training of competent personnel. Solving this problem is impossible without changing the approach to teaching citizens, which requires modernizing the modern education system and vocational training, bringing educational programs in line with the conditions and needs of the digital economy. Creating a digital educational environment (DEE) requires the widespread introduction and effective use of digital tools of training activities, their holistic inclusion in the information environment, ensuring the preparation and training of citizens on an individual curriculum throughout their lives, namely at any time and in any place.

The paper is devoted to the research and development of a contactless optical sensor for instrumental means of product quality control. The paper presents results of the study of sensitivity of incoherent optical OTDR type sensors to the angular displacement of the reflecting surface. The results of experimental studies of the transfer characteristics of the sensor with transceiver modules of various configurations are presented. Variants of the structure of the measuring channel of the sensor to obtain the maximum range of measured angles are offered. The influence of non-informative parameters on the measurement results is analyzed. The results of mathematical modeling of the angular displacement sensor based on the laws of geometric optics are presented.

The article is devoted to the improvement of stochastic transformation blocks (R-blocks). The principles of R- blocks construction are considered. We review the examples of R- blocks using in the cryptographic algorithms. The structure of two-dimensional stochastic transformation block is proposed, as well as the method for construction of multidimensional R- blocks. The using of improved R-blocks for construction of multidimensional algorithms is proposed. The results of evaluation of statistical properties of the multidimensional stochastic transformation blocks are given.

This paper considers a development of a light source search model for the unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) program control. The UAV is a quadcopter. The search model based on the Lotka- Volterra equations contains the trend to rotate to the left and trend to rotate to the right. Depending on the interaction of trends, the VAV rotates in one direction or another. The purpose of the search is a light source. The biological control algorithm is adapted for the quadcopter. The robot's algorithms have been developed for searching and tracking modes. The contribution of this paper is to propose the algorithm of actions in cases of search and loss of visual contact with the source. We provide the simulation of values change dynamics of quadcopter rotations trends. The simulation results demonstrate a high degree of entropy, which allows the quadcopter to explore a large area. The trajectory of the robot is constantly changing and depends on the location of other similar sources.

Internationalization and digitalization of economy have caused future specialists to master new job functions, with digital competence becoming a critical one. The paper describes the impact of online education environment on the development of students' digital competence. Analysis of an education process in online education environment is given; features of online education environment as an educational phenomenon are identified; the principles of creating an online education environment and its characteristics are established. Professional tasks of engineering specialists and their classification into categories are presented based on professional standards analysis and expert evaluation method. Possibilities of an online education environment concerning the preparation of specialists to solve professional tasks are determined. The results of the experimental approbation of the impact of online education environment on the development of digital competence of future engineering specialists are presented.

The aim of the study is to identify a generalized indicator (a criterion of technological safety) - the degrees of risk used to take into account the possibility of the emergence of technological situations.

Automation of control of paint coatings in the production will significantly improve the performance of technological processes of painting and improve the quality of painting, which is necessary in the creation of competitive engineering products. The article considers problems of the dynamics of the transport object, oriented to improve the reliability and safety of operation in terms of vibrational external perturbations. It proposes technologies for constructing mathematical models and determining the conditions for dynamic oscillation damping. The purpose of research is to develop a method for constructing mathematical models to estimate dynamic states and determine the conditions for obtaining dynamic effects of “zeroing out” of movements in individual coordinates. To achieve this, methods of structural mathematical modeling are used. The scientific novelty of the work involves the possibility of assessing the formation of dynamic states of mechanical oscillatory systems with the introduction of additional constraints. A technology has been developed for the transition from the transfer functions of systems to the equations of state to estimate the frequencies of dynamic oscillation damping.
