This research using Decision Tree Method from Algorithm C4.5 and RapidMiner 5.3 as software for making classification of achievement students in field of study Informatic Engineering at Islamic University of Kalimantan. The result can be used as tool for monitoring of academic activity and it can help Faculty to improve the quality of their students. 摘要

信息工程是加里曼丹伊斯兰大学信息技术学院(FTI)的一个研究领域。信息工程专业成立于2007年,现有在校生2441人,包括已毕业学生和在读学生。信息工程专业学生众多,产生了大量的数据,这些数据可以作为学院管理和监控学术活动的战略资源。本研究采用算法C4.5中的决策树方法,以RapidMiner 5.3为软件对加里曼丹伊斯兰大学信息工程专业的成绩生进行分类。该结果可以作为监控学术活动的工具,并可以帮助学院提高学生的质量。关键词:分类,数据,学生,算法C4.5
