Measurements in this study used a Likert scale. Several tests used in this research are instrument validity test, instrument reliability test, classical assumption test, homogeneity test, and hypothesis testing. 摘要

教学能力是每个教师必须掌握的。对教师进行培训以提高他们的能力是必要的。所提供的培训可以基于由TPACK主持的混合学习。因此,本研究的目的是通过TPACK作为调节变量来确定混合型学习训练对教师能力的影响。本研究采用实验定量分析。这项研究的人口都是BIMTEK培训的参与者,在整个玛琅共有83名幼儿园教育工作者。本研究采用李克特量表进行测量。本研究使用的检验包括仪器效度检验、仪器信度检验、经典假设检验、同质性检验和假设检验。本研究结果显示,混合式学习训练配合良好的TPACK能力,可提高教师的教学能力。
