This crop is grown all over the world. Even though nigella is essential, the yield and productivity per hectare in Nepal in comparison to other countries is quite low. The lack of better variety, lack of fertilizer management, lack of knowledge of cultural methods, and illnesses and insect pest management are all blamed for the lower yield. By examining such issues, a solution for nigella’s low productivity can be devised.
