Statisticalanalysis: Analyzed by paired and unpaired t test. 摘要

背景与目的:前倾的头部姿势在大学生中比较多,导致颈椎屈肌力量下降,体能下降。肌电生物反馈是肌肉力量再训练的有效干预,有助于纠正异常颅椎角(CVA),本研究的目的是探讨利用肌电生物反馈进行大学生颈椎屈肌力量训练,改善头前姿势的有效性。材料与方法:选取30名年龄在18-25岁、头部前倾姿势的大学生,随机分为实验组(肌电生物反馈颈椎屈肌强化)和对照组(仅颈椎屈肌强化)。预后工具为Kinovea软件CVA和颈部残疾指数(NDI),分别在治疗前后测量。统计分析:采用配对和非配对t检验进行分析。结果:A组肌电生物反馈颈椎屈肌力训练通过改善CVA和ndi对FHP有显著改善(p <0.0001)。结论:本研究认为实验组采用肌电生物反馈法进行颈椎屈肌力量训练比对照组只接受颈椎屈肌强化训练更有效。
