The results of this study found that financial liability variables have a negative and insignificant effect on financial behavior in generation Z in Bekasi Regency, income variables have a positive and significant effect on financial behavior in generation Z in Bekasi regency.ini show that income can increase financial behavior in generation Z in Bekasi regency, where the higher a person's income level, the more Be careful about using money. In managing finances, generation Z must remember that both large and small income they have from working and investing, they still have to manage their finances well. 摘要

财务行为是一件需要注意的重要事情,有了良好的财务行为,一个人将能够满足他的短期和长期需求。本研究的目的是确定和分析金融素养、收入和自我控制对Z世代有限金融行为的影响。本研究的人群是贝卡西摄政的Z世代。本研究采用定量研究和问卷调查的数据收集技术。本研究的抽样技术是采用非积极抽样技术,因此本研究的样本数量为100名受访者。本研究的数据分析技术是使用结构方程模型(SEM),并借助windows的SmartPLS 4.0版本。本研究结果发现,金融负债变量对北高加索地区Z代人的金融行为有负向且不显著的影响,收入变量对北高加索地区Z代人的金融行为有正向且显著的影响。ini表明,收入可以增加北高加索地区Z代人的金融行为,一个人的收入水平越高,使用金钱就越谨慎。在理财方面,Z世代必须记住,无论他们从工作和投资中获得多少收入,他们都必须妥善管理自己的财务。自我控制变量对财务行为有显著的正向影响。这意味着自控能力越强,财务行为越好。
