摘要

本文研究了工艺参数分析树在工艺过程分析中的应用。设计过程参数分析树,根据过程控制系统接收到的过程输入参数值,实时计算过程输出参数值。在冶金输出信息系统模型创建模块中实现了工艺参数分析树的构造函数。树计算的执行在模型集成模块中实现。工艺参数分析树构造器的工作在解决按原料种类分析原料成分的问题上得到了检验。从满足企业信息系统集成需求的角度,对过程参数分析树和系统类比进行了比较。
